PULLING THE BATH CORD

Many of us preach LESS IS MORE - but seeing these vans in Bath (UK), having no tag-line, no web site, no information, is it a step too far? A google search for 'Cord, Bath' comes up electrical cable for bathrooms... and not much else! Any ideas?
