Here's an idea... if someone put a huge QR Code up on a billboard would passing motorists be able to scan it as they drive past? And would it impact on road accidents? Hey why not make it the QR code for the web site of the ambulance service...? (Cos that is what you will be needing) Kill two birds with one scan.
